Java Software Engineer (Mid)(Remote)

The problem is lately the trend seems to be towards heading back to the office which makes life frustrating if you value the ability to work from home and are currently sifting through job offerings.

The work itself is varied and interesting in that you would be helping to build and maintain a suite of products targeted at veterinary practices that enable them to manage appointments, follow-ups, patient records, stocks of medicines and ordering thereof, and of course invoicing and payment.

FAQ’s

•  Remote the majority of the time? Yes. The company have offices across the UK but the software engineers rarely meet more than once a month and the cost of travel is covered when they do. 

• Can I work outside of the UK? No. you would need to be registered for and pay tax in the UK. It is sometimes possible to work for periods outside the UK but this would be agreed upon with your line manager on a case-by-case basis

• What is the salary? £65 000 + benefits
